Shipping Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled at any stage, and the contract is considered complete upon receipt of the order. Minimum delivery time 7 days maximum delivery time 14 days.

We will deliver your purchases using the delivery method selected during the checkout process. The estimated delivery date will be provided in the confirmation email. However, this date is an estimate only, and we do not guarantee delivery on that specific date.

All deliveries require a signature from someone at the delivery address. Delivery is considered complete when the goods are signed for, and the signature serves as conclusive evidence that the goods have been delivered to the specified address.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, please contact us to arrange an alternative delivery.

If we are unable to deliver your goods within 14 days and no alternative arrangement is agreed upon, we will notify you, cancel your order, and issue store credit.

You assume responsibility for the goods once delivery has taken place, meaning the risk of the goods passes to you upon delivery.
