Refund Policy

 We will only accept returns or offer refunds for goods if they are faulty. Customers must notify us within 3 days from the date of delivery and return the goods to our unit within 7 days. Refunds are processed within a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 10 days

 If your goods are faulty upon delivery, you may return them to us. Upon receiving the returned goods, we will, at our discretion

: Repair or replace the faulty goods or provide you with store credit equal to the purchase price and the cost of delivery.

To initiate a return for faulty goods, please contact us at tropezz.co@gmail.com to notify us of the issue. Returns will only be accepted if the product you received was damaged. Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues. After contacting us, we will provide instructions on where to return the goods and how to complete the returns process. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us.

If we repair or replace the faulty goods, the repaired or replacement items will be delivered to the original delivery address at no additional cost.

If we issue a refund, it will be credited to the account used for the original purchase. Refunds will only be provided if the product is out of stock. For any other issues not covered under this policy, we will issue store credit valid for 30 days. We are not responsible if the store credit is not used within the specified time frame.
